Time Managment

An essential part of being a leader is having the ability to complete tasks in a timely and quality manner. This inspires dependability and allows for a more quality end result as the project isn't rushed. To complete tasks in a timely manner one must have good time management skills, or they will become overwhelmed, For example while doing my ALA project i had to stay on top of what was going on or i would end up so far behind i could hardly catch up. Also when i did my work in advance it tended to be of a higher quality. The way I look at how to divide my time is a three part system. I look at if its necessary, Important, or whimsical and adjust my scheduled based on that. I used this system to create the chart seen to the left, which shows that I spend a majority of my time on school and sleep, which are necessary. The rest of the chart follows the system as well, with categories like family being second most.
