Communication

In teamwork its important to understand the points of view of all the members and how they feel about each decision, this is one of the advantages of having a team, the multiple points of view. A major key to the adequate operation of any team is the ability to properly communicate these ideas to your teammates. For this reason communication is one of the most important aspects of teams. Communication is ironically a team effort, the speaker has to be able to use precise words to get his point across while the listeners have to be able to accept this information and allow it to influence their decisions. An example of this is shown to the left when ALA went to a ropes course that required the use of communication in weird ways to effectively work as a team.
