Personality is an important quality in the growth of leadership, because as people build a team, a leader needs a charismatic personality to attract these members of their team, and communicate confidently and effective to mentors. There was an example of this when the ALA went to SCJAS to present our projects. Confident personality helped to effectively relay my project to the audience and effective communicate.
