You can tell that Donald Trump is looking professional in this picture based on what he is wearing. In this picture Donald is wearing a suit, with a plain white undershirt, and a long red tie. This would be considered business formal. Currently I do have a suit, but to make my wardrobe more professional  I could buy a few more professional I could get another suit, and some long ties, I don't have any of those.
