Saluda shoals rope course
On March ninth of 2015, the entire ALA freshman class went to saluda shoals to use the rope course. This course had lots of obsticals that helped the ALA group work on its leadership. The course was full of trust falls, and team wall vaults. For example there was one obstical where you had to climb a wall while your teamates lifted you from the ground. This extercise taught me bunches about the teamwork qualities of leadership. This taught me how much the rest of your team is important, and some obsticals are impossible to surpase by yourself.
The virtual team challenge is an online game, that is set up in multiple challenge stages. Each stage is a different challenge, and together, with your team of four, you must solve these problems. The main problem is hirering service providers to asist with the clean up. The second Problem is to find out who is stealing funds from the relief funds. This game compares the amount of research you did, right awnsers, and money rasied for the program to rank us internationally.
